After watching Matt beat Will in a few games of pool, we all drifted over to the bar, and I had Warsteiner (a great German beer). The stories by employees and patrons alike started shooting out of the woodwork. So naturally this made for some classic material - from all walks of Orlando come your favorite Will's stories:
 | Judith Walsh and Max, her faithful dog (artist and furniture restorer):
My favorite Wills story (laughs). There are so many! I guess this one night when there was like a full moon and these crazy fights kept on happening. Will was even saying over the intercom "if you will stop fighting, I'll sell beer at a dollar a bottle." It was like a western or something. |
 | Amir Deglel (pool shark and Will's local):
The people here are really nice! Never seems to be any fights. Will is a very friendly person. I remember I once got so fucked up that Will had to drive me home! |

Natalie Robles (Will's Employee):
Oh, which one! Did Will tell you about the naked chick! Yeah, some crazy cracked out chick walked in here screamin' for her boyfriend. She had a half shirt on and that's it! There was this drunk girl that was shoving pool balls down her shirt and doing this nasty dance on the floor. We threw her out, and she came back and started shoving move balls down her shirt and I just went up there and put my hand down there, grabbed 'em out, and
threw her out again! |
 | Tish Tuzes and her married friend Heather Affoleter (they deal in mortgages):
Tish - Will's is just a cool local bar. Cool People! Will is super friendly and it's not a meat market. And there is plenty to do other than just drink with the pool and darts. There is a great lack of cheese here. |
 | Heather
I'm just an average married white wife, and I have no story. |
 | Nick Bramblett (piano bar musician):
I remember I actually lived in the hotel next door for months before I got my own place. I had just broken up with my boyfriend at the time and Will and Jennifer became my best friends. Also, I can be queer and be here and everyone is ok about it. I like that because I don't want to be fake. |
Natalie comes running up to me.
Did anyone tell you about the water gun wars we have been having? |
 | Kelly Hickey (CPA):
I'm addicted to that game "11-up"! The card game that sits up on the bar. My initial attraction was to the air hockey when I first started coming here. One night I had been playing air hockey, and I went back home. When my husband saw the bruise I put on my leg, he was convinced it was from sex I was having outside of him. So I let the bruise heal, we went back, and I played air hockey again just to get it back to prove it to him! |
Needs to maintain her anonymity | Jennifer Shafer (artist and employee at Will's):
So many good Will's stories. It's like a big family, there is so much good in here; it's a great place to work. Did anyone tell you about the guy who busted his head on that marble table? |
